Improve usage of Roles matrix

Rework the "manage roles" page and especially the matrix showing the rights by Role and Folder.

This should permit:

  • multiple changes in a few clicks
  • better handling of long folder names

I would also like to see a better pagination for the roles. Especially if you start to have many roles and many folders.

I have to admit the roles management is made difficult with the pagination. Also, a way to export the access rights matrix and the users/roles list would probably help for revewing rights.
