Creation records by main administrator
I think will be very helpful to add functionality like creation records with some data like passwords/links etc. by main administrator in different folders( that shared for users), as it work in last pass.
Now add records can be done only by user that have access into folder and nobody else... =(

This is a tricky point.
I fully understand your point. But in term of security it is not a good practice as an administrator will have access to all folders (excluding personal ones of course).
Currently a work around exists that allows Admin user to have access to folder.

But in such case, you take your responsibility.
No restriction is possible to an admin user.
